Most of the paper is <br /> associated with Appendices that will prove helpful as background during your <br /> review. As you and Dan Wynne have discussed, the proposal for used oil pit <br /> backfill is our primary concern at this time, as the excavation remains <br /> currently open. Any assistance you could provide to close this portion of the <br /> assessment is .greatly appreciated. <br /> I had hoped to be able to drop these by this morning, but as your schedule is <br /> already committed, I will Federal Express instead.
