INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION <br /> All underground utilities shall be located before boring and drilling <br /> activities commence. <br /> V.4 AIR MONITORING <br /> Site air monitoring will be carried out to ensure that all personnel are not <br /> over-exposed to hydrocarbon vapor. The airborn hydrocarbon vapor levels will <br /> be monitored several times each day using either a photoionization detector <br /> (PID) or colorimetric indicator tubes. <br /> If the PID or colorimetric indicator tube samples indicate that hydrocarbon <br /> vapor levels are 50 ppm or greater, then daily personal air samples will be <br /> collected from representative project personal using charcoal tube sampling <br /> methods (OSHA Method 1MIS1340). Personnel will be notified in writing of the <br /> results of any personal air samples and their significance. A copy of this <br /> report will be maintained in the employee's medical surveillance file. <br /> " V.10 ACCESS AND BECONTAMI4ATION <br /> V.10.1 Access <br /> Access to the project work area zones shall be regulated and limited to <br /> authorized persons. A daily log shall be kept of all persons entering such <br /> areas.
