Claim No. 1978- 106 Second Street, Ripon A closure summary report and human health risk assessment(HHRH) have been submitted and review is pending; anticipating favorable results and allowing time for notifications and properper destruction of the monitoring wells, the EHD anticipates the site will be closed during the next six months. Claim No. 11775-2315 N. California Street, Stockton A vapor intrusion evaluation was satisfactorily completed and the EHD directed submittal of an NFAR. The NFAR was submitted in December 2010 and EHD review is pending. Anticipating favorable results and proper destruction of the monitoring wells, the EHD anticipates the site will be closed during the next six months. Claim No. 13651 -4100 E. Fremont Street, Stockton This site is in the closure process. A 30-day site closure notification letter to the CVRWQCB is in preparation and will be issued this month. Allowing time to properly destroy monitoring wells, the EHD anticipates site closure in approximately three months. Claim No. 13879.-.466 Moffat Blvd., Manteca The EHD has received concurrence from the CVRWQCB for site closure. Allowing time to properly destroy the monitoring wells, the EHD anticipates site closure within 90 days. Claim No. 13850- 574 Grant Line Road, Tra2y A site closure summary report is in preparation. The EHD anticipates site closure during the next six months. Claim No. 14118-444 Mossdale Road, Lathrop The monitoring wells on this site have been destroyed. Upon receipt of the well destruction report and disposal documents, the EHD will issue the site closure letter within 90 days. Claim No. 14353- 3400 Newton Road, Stockton This site has been referred to the CVRWQCB. Claim No. 14558-2353 Taste Road, Tra The EHD was ready to close this site, but recently submitted soil gas data collected for the vapor intrusion evaluation near the onsite structure greatly exceeded ESLs for vapor intrusion of TPHg, benzene and methyl tert butyl ether (MTBE). The concentrations detected for these analytes were 1,750,000 micrograms per cubic meter(pglm3) TPHg, 20,000 pgIM3 benzene, and 46,000 pg/M3 MTBE. The consultant recommends excavation for source removal. The report must be further evaluated by the F-HO to properly resolve the issue. At this time, a realistic time frame for site closure cannot be prepared. Claim No. 15890- 545 E. Miner Avenue, Stockton On 15 December 2010, a 30-day notification letter was mailed to the CVRWQCB indicating that the EHD was closing the site. Allowing time for the notification and destruction of the monitoring wells, the EHD anticipates that the site will be closed within 90 days.
