Country Club
Blvd, in the County of San Joaquin (APN 123-191-01) on the southeast corner of
Country Club Blvd and Mission Road has been reviewed by San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department (EHD). The CAP is a proposal for mitigation (ground
water extraction and discharge to the sewer system) of hazardous substances (gasoline
constituents) that have contaminated the site due to an unauthorized release associated
with the USTs that were formerly located on the property.
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department-Local Oversight Program has
made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with Local, State and
Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not create significant adverse
environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the
contamination.
The corrective action plan is available for public review at EHD, 304 E. Weber Street,
Third Floor, Stockton, California, during normal working hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m). 1f a
written request by any member of the public is not received at EHD by 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 18, 2006, the tentative decision shall become final on that
date and time.
All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to "EHD-LOP" at 304 E. Weber
Ave., Third Floor, Stockton, 95202.
