These <br /> casings should be of adequate diameter to surround the existing construction materials of <br /> the well (hardened grout), capable of providing a separation from the surrounding pea- <br /> gravel, and provide access for drilling out the well contents. After the contents of the well <br /> are drilled out and removed, pea-gravel is to be introduced through the conductor casing <br /> as it is removed. This will prevent undermining the UST pit as discussed .in the Plan while <br /> also meeting the intention of. San Joaquin County Well Standards 'by removing a <br /> preferential pathway.
