0 <br /> PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE MONITORING WELL <br /> One monitor well (MW6) will be installed approximately 154 west of MW I along the <br /> southern margin of Country Club BIvd (see Figure 4) The well will be located <br /> approximately 30 feet west of the former Strataprobe test hole P3 which showed low <br /> levels of TPH-G and BTEX constituents in the groundwater <br /> One monitor well (MW7) will be installed approximately 65 feet west of MW3 along the <br /> western margin of Mission Road (see Figure 4) The well will be located approximately <br /> 25 feet south of the former Strataprobe test hole P2 which showed low levels of TPH-G <br /> and BTEX constituents in the groundwater and 36 feet north of the former Strataprobe <br /> test hole P1 which was below laboratory lower detection limits for TPH-G and BTEX <br /> A third well (RI) will be installed within the heart of the soil and groundwater gasoline <br /> plume on-site near former Strataprobe test hole E and vertical extent boring TH-1 This <br /> well will be used for groundwater recovery during the pump test and will be sited west of <br /> the proposed vapor extraction/air-sparging trench <br /> PERMITS AND USA NOTIFICATION <br /> MW-6 and MW-7 <br /> The installation of the groundwater monitoring wells MW-6 and MW-7 will require that <br /> well permits be obtained from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division <br /> The groundwater monitoring wells will be Iocated in the San Joaquin County public right <br /> of way Encroachment permits and performance bonds to insure the eventual costs for <br /> removal of the monitor wells will be obtained from the San Joaquin County prior to <br /> drilling <br /> R-I <br /> The installation of the groundwater recovery well R-1 will require that a well permit be <br /> obtained from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division This well is <br /> situated on property owned by Mr and Mrs Sanchez so no encroachment permits or <br /> access agreements are required The current lessee of the property will be given proper <br /> notification prior to commencing any drilling activities <br /> The proposed well locations will be marked in white paint Underground Service Alert <br /> will then be notified at least 48 hours prior to any drilling activities in order to clear the <br /> marked location for underground utilities <br /> 4 <br />
