IV 4.r
William S Peters Page 2
By March 1, 1997,after four consecutive quarterly sampling events and quarterly reports have been
submitted to PHS-EHD, a work plan is to be submitted that will propose additional wells to aid in delineating
the lateral limits of the groundwater plume.
PHS-EHD seriously recommends that you re-evaluate your current non-compliant status and make every effort to
return to a status that may enable you to qualify for reimbursement. You will be required to investigate and cleanup
the contamination from your leaking underground tanks and without the assistance form the Cleanup Fund, your
task will be substantially harder.
This correspondence is to be considered your final notice that you are not complying with minimum requirements of
the Underground Tank Regulations. Failure to comply with directives issued by PHS-EHD and meet deadlines
established herewith will result in formal actions.
Submittals and any questions you may have can be directed to Michael Infurna,at(209)468-3454.
Donna Heran,REHS,Director
Environmental Health Division
Michael Infurna,Senior RE-HS- MargarLagorio,RE
Site Mitigation Unit Lead Senior
MI
c: SWRCB Clean Up Fund-Annabel Mackey
c: San Joaquin County District Attorney-David Irey
c: Upgradient Environmental-Vic Cherven
