3.0 COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PROPOSAL <br /> fermi i e Wig, if necessary. <br /> ♦ Installation of additional soil borings and/or monitoring wells. <br /> ♦ Treatment or dhqxmW of-contaminated soli and,/or groundwater. <br /> Additional sampliqg and/or analysis, if required by reg <br /> ulatory agencies. <br /> Geophysical survey, if needed, to locate underground utilities. <br /> ♦ 'Other costs not specifically stated in this proposal. <br /> 6.0 THIS PROPOSAL ASSUMES THE FOLLOWING <br /> ♦ All costs incurred due to regulatory directives, after this-proposal, shall be assumed <br /> by the Client, - <br /> ♦ Regulatory approval of work plan. <br /> ♦ The cost to remove, repair or relocate underground utilities or hazards that might <br /> interfere with-the proposed drilling or excavation or are damaged during the drilling <br /> or excavation, shall be borne by the Client. <br /> Expense incurred bemuse of unusual or unanticipated ground conditions(such as fill, <br /> hard soil, rock, etc.) shall be paid for by the Client as extra work. <br /> 7.0 SCHEDULE - <br /> The work outlined in two proposal can be initiated upon receipt of authorization to proceed <br /> finm Mr.Bill Peters.The entire project(rot including quarterly monitoring), upon approval <br /> of the work plan and asuwing standard laboratory_-turn around-time-of 10 days, can be <br /> accomplished within a period of four to six weeks. <br /> &0 LIMITATIONS <br /> Should there be any regulator p*ctions to the project or arra ipnted regulatory <br /> requirements, only the Ecce for services <br /> performed to that time will be billed based on our <br /> Stmrdwd Schedule of Charses.Shouldthe regulatory agencies require additional monitoring <br /> «�..aaa�m. .. .. <br />
