This <br /> information was pertinent for the testing of the property before it could be sold. <br /> Since ground water gradient was shallower than 20 feet, one monitoring well was <br /> installed. <br /> 2.0 SITE HISTORY <br /> Two underground storage tanks, one unleaded and one regular, were installed by <br /> Stockton Service Station Equipment at Peters Kwikee Food, 2081 Country Club in <br /> Stockton, California. Both tanks can hold 10,000 gallons of product. They lay north <br /> and south on the corner lot of the property. The bottom of tank #1 (unleaded tank), <br /> which is nearest to the store, is 131 inches (10.92 feet) below grade, while tank #2 <br /> (regular tank) is 132 inches (11 feet) below grade. The spacing between the two tanks <br /> is approximately 4 feet, and approximately 12 feet from the center of the fill caps. <br /> Both tanks are metal and have submersible pump systems. <br /> On 29 March 1990, Geological Technics came on site to perform the needed field <br /> work.
