The conductor casing <br /> will be constructed using flush threaded casing . The augers will be used as <br /> centralizers and the field crew will measure the distances to ensure that the 2" <br /> grout annulus is met . <br /> and just a note , I ' m under the firm belief that PVC monitoring well <br /> casing is rated INNER DIAMETER ( ID ) and not Outer Diameter (OD ) <br /> as you list in your work plan . Check your references and get back to <br /> me . But all other 2 " PVC monitoring well casings I have <br /> checked /approved are truly 2 inches inside , and based on their <br /> Schedule ( 125 , 40 , 80 , 480 ) , it's their OD that varies . . .
