If you are not in compliance with <br /> PHS/EHD directives within 90 days of the date of this letter,you may be disqualified from <br /> receiving reimbursement of your costs from the CUF and you may be referred to the San <br /> Joaquin County District Attorney's Environmental Prosecutions Unit for enforcement <br /> action. <br /> PHS-EHD strongly recommends that you evaluate your current status and take immediate steps to <br /> comply with PHS/EHD directives.
