13 July 2012 AGE-NC Project No.96-0236 Page 2 of 13 • Between 04 April and 06 April 2012: ISCO injection Event No. 2 was conducted at the site; • Between 11 April and 13 April 2012: ISCO injection Event No. 3 was conducted at the site; • Between 18 April and 20 April 2012: ISCO injection Event No. 4 was conducted at the site; • 25 April 2012: Post-ISCO Injection Event No. 1; • 02 May 2012: Post-ISCO Injection Event No. 2; • 09 May 2012: Post-ISCO Injection Event No. 3; and • 16 May 2012: Post-ISCO Injection Event No. 4. Each of the above activities are described below. 3.1. BACKGROUND/BASELINE GROUNDWATER MONITORING EVENT Baseline data was collected on 13 January 2012 utilizing wells MW-1A, MW-2, MW-4, MW-5, MW-9, DPE-1 and DPE-2 to establish background conditions prior to conducting ISCO pilot test injections. Baseline pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), oxygen reduction potential (ORP), salinity, total dissolved solids (TDS), temperature and electronic conductivity(EC) were collected from each well utilizing a YS1556i multi-meter probe. The probe was placed down-hole into the water column until readings were stabilized. In addition to in well parameter collection ground water samples were collected in accordance with AGE's standard monitoring procedure from each of the above wells. Samples were submitted to Cal-Tech Environmental Laboratories for the following constituents: • Total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline (TPH-g) by EPA method 8015M; • Benzene,toluene, ethylbenzene and total xylenes (BTEX)by EPA method 826013; • Fuel oxygenated compounds methyl tertiary butyl ether(MTBE),tertiaryamyl methy ether(TAME),diisopropyl ether(DIPE),ethyl tertiary butyl ether(ETBE)and tertiary butyl alcohol (TBA) by EPA 82606; • Lead Scavengers 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA)and ethylene di-bromide (EDB)by Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
