This will include negotiating a right-of-entry <br /> agreement with the property owner and/or tenant for the Saint Bernadette Property, and <br /> obtaining encroachment permits from the City of Stockton for the Plymouth Road right-of- <br /> way. We will copy you on correspondence regarding these agreements/permits so that you <br /> will be kept appraised of their status. <br /> Upon receipt of these agreements/permits, we will submit separate monitoring well permit <br /> applications and necessary fees to you for each off-site parcel.
