.Y .moi
r
a
Southland-7 Eleven Store #14117 page 2
2725 Country Club Blvd., Stockton, CA.
In the absence of an approved schedule, PHS-EHD will direct submittal dates for work
plans and reports. Typically PHS-EHD will set due dates at 30 to 45 days apart. As an
example, drilling conducted now would be directed to have the report of findings due at
PHS-EHD within this 30 to 45 day period. After PHS-EHD has evaluated the report, a
comment letter may be generated if additional work is needed. If so, the work plan for
the additional work would be due at PHS-EHD within 30 to 45 days.
All QMRs submitted to PHS-EHD are to have a `conclusion and recommendation'
section. A California registered professional is to provide an evaluation of the site in the
conclusion section regarding current and past petroleum concentration levels,
contamination sources, and problems with the site. Additionally, long and short-range
plans that may be under consideration for this site are to be included in the
recommendation section. Inform PHS-EHD of your intentions for this site and what to
expect in the future.
Please direct you submittals to Michael Infurna and you may call him at (209) 468-3454
should you have any questions.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
j
Michael J.
