The work is being'completed as required by the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services to replace monitoring well MW-4 which was destroyed to avoid possible damage during the recent <br /> underground storage tank removal at the site. The scope of work includes drilling and sampling of one soil <br /> boring,installation of a monitoring well in the boring,,groundwater sample collection from the monitoring <br /> well,and preparation of an assessment report summarizing the methods and results of the work <br /> preformed. <br /> TASK 1: SITE-SPECIFIC HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN/PERMITTING <br /> A site=specific Heath and Safety Plan will be prepared by Fluor Daniel GTI as required by the <br /> Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA)Standard"Hazardous Waste Operations and <br /> Emergency Response"guidelines(29 CFR 1910.120).
