Robert Lopez [EH]
From: Luces-Nakagawa, Lori <LJLL@pge.com>
Sent: Monday,July 15, 2019 11:49 AM
To: Robert Lopez [EH]
Cc: Steele, Rodney; Smith, Luke; Pacheco, Wayne
Subject: PG&E Stockton Service Center &West Lane Substation Inspection Reports
Attachments: PR0511987; PG&E West Lane Substation Inspection Report 062619.pdf; PR0519623;
PG&E Stockton Service Center Inspection Report 062619.pdf; Stockton SC signed
letter.pdf
Good Afternoon Mr. Lopez,
I am writing you in regards to the inspections you performed at the PG&E Stockton Service Center and West Lane
Substation on June 26, 2019. We would like to respectfully dispute the violation that was issued:
HSC 25505(a)(2)Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content.
The map did not show/address loading areas and internal roads.A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading
areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation
staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map
element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". Immediately log into the California
Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://Cers.colepa.ca.govl, upload the correct or updated information, and
submit to the EHD for approval.
This is a minor violation.
The facility map contains all applicable map content.A similar request in CERS to write "N/A"for items not appearing on
the map was addressed in December 2017 with your department. A copy of this letter is attached for your review. PG&E
had brought this issue to the attention of CalFire, who stated it was not necessary to include "N/A" if it is not applicable
to a facility. That being said, we respectfully request that you rescind these violations.
Should you wish to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
Regards,
.Cori
Lori J.
