Grantor holds record title to the Property. <br /> B. EMC's Affiliate,Tidewater Oil Company, its predecessor entities,or its dealer,operated a facility <br /> near the Surland Homes residential development, commonly referred to as the Former Tidewater <br /> Associated Oil Company/Old Valley Pipeline Right of Way(TAOCIOVP). <br /> C_ "IC seep Grantor's authorumnon to atwess the Pruperm to conduct the Wort; and Grantor is <br /> willing to grant EMC access to the Property to conduct the Work, all pursuant to the terms of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> 1. DEFINITIONS,INTERPRETATION,AND EXHIBITS <br /> 1.1 Definitions.In this Agreement, these capitalized words or expressions have the following <br /> meanings: <br /> `A� means any legal entity that controls_ is controlled by, or is under common <br /> control with, another legal entity.
