The word "or" is not exclusive. The headings in this Agreement are included for convenience and do not affect the construction or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement. (C) EMC shall perform all Work conducted under this Agreemeat at its sole cost and expense. EMC shall not reimburse any cost to Grantor.
