Task 3 — Final Report of Findings Upon completion of the field activities and receipt of the analytical results, a report of findings from the push probe sampling will be prepared for client and agency review. The report will include: • A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols • Lithologic Logs • Tabulated results of groundwater samples with copies of certified results • A graphical representation of groundwater sampling locations • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory work • Kleinfelder's conclusions and recommendations based on the data acquired. All information gathered during the study by Kleinfelder is considered confidential and will be released only upon written authorization from the client or as required by law. California law requires a person to inform the state if a situation is encountered that can be considered an immediate endangerment to the public's health or welfare and/or to the environment. Therefore, the client will be contractually bound to make any said disclosures in lieu of Kleinfelder, its owners, principals, employees or subcontractors.
