(GTI).
The Addendum Plan modified the previously approved Feasibility Work Plan, In Situ
Remediation Pilot Test (Plan), dated 14 June 2005, by proposing installation of two
observation wells, rather than one, immediately down-gradient of the two proposed
ozone injection wells, moving the observation wells to within 10 feet of the injection
wells, collecting and analyzing soil samples for various gasoline constituents by EPA
Method 8015/8260, reduce the sampling interval during the pilot test from daily to every-
other-day and to analyze groundwater samples for dissolved trivalent and hexavalent
chromium.
The Addendum Plan is approved. In addition to the proposed analytical regimen, please
include all analyses required by the Regional Water Quality Control Board for their
approval of injecting oxidizing agents into the subsurface.
Questions or comments may be directed to Nuel Henderson at (209) 468-3436.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
Nuel C.
