The equipment needed for low flow vacuum is as follows: (SVE + <br /> blower, piping, trencher, saw cutter, manifold, tool bag, drill, saw-zaw, 2 GAC <br /> carbon units, drilling permit, ATC permit). <br /> • Refer to GTI's RAP dated June 30, 2011 for more details on the expansion of Phase <br /> ' II. <br /> Both Phase I and II implementation will be dependent on the utilization of the $10,000 that <br /> ' was allocated for the 2011/2012 fiscal year.
