The property is owned by Ms. <br /> Stella Ruiz and conaists of a grocery store and gasoline dispensing facility. .The <br /> ► property owner has -requested an in-place closure of the 1,000 gallon <br /> �y underground gasoline storage tank from the San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> (SJLHD). <br /> On December 14, 1987, Exceltech installed two (2) 450 angle borings beneath <br /> the underground storage tank frr, the purpose of obtaining soil samples. This <br /> work was performed in campliance with SJLHD in-place closure prerequisites. <br /> The results of the initial soil sample analyses were presented in an Exceltech <br /> letter report dated January 8, 1988. Upon review of that report, the SJLHD has <br /> requested a hydrogeologic assessment for the site to determine the vertical and <br /> horizontal extent of petroleum hydrocarbon contamination. I <br /> SOOPEQEVVORK <br /> Task 2.0 EXPLORATORY BORING AND-MONITORING WELL <br /> Task 2.1 Plans and E'$rmits <br /> The SJLHD requires that all pians, proposals, and permits for drilling be <br /> submitted for review and approval, by them and the Regional Water Quality <br /> control Board (RWQCB),`before any drilling or on site work can begin. These <br /> required documents will be prepared by Exceltech and submitted to Stockton <br /> p ; <br />
