Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> (209) 468-3420 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for the <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 103 NORTH E STREET, in the City of Stockton, has been reviewed by <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division. The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous <br /> substances which contaminated the site due to an unauthorized <br /> release associated with the underground storage tank (UST) was <br /> located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Environmental Health Division, 445 N.
