Valley Pacific Petroleum Services Stockton,CA <br /> Spill Prevention,Control,and Countermeasure Plan <br /> Introduction: <br /> Valley Pacific Petroleum Services is committed to preventing discharges of oil to navigable waters <br /> and to the environment; and to maintaining the highest standards for Spill Prevention, Control, and <br /> Countermeasures through the implementation, regular review, and amendment of this SPCC Plan. <br /> The Owner/Operator has designated the Facility Manager as the designated person accountable <br /> for Oil (all liquid petroleum products are referred to as oil within this plan) Prevention at the facility <br /> and has the authority to commit the necessary resources to implement this Plan. <br /> The undersigned Registered Professional Engineer is familiar with the requirements of Part 112 of <br /> Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR part 112) and has reviewed and examined the <br /> facility and or has supervised examination of the facility by appropriately qualified personnel. The <br /> undersigned Registered Professional Engineer attests this Spill Prevention, Control, and <br /> Countermeasure Plan has been prepared in accordance with industry Best Available Management <br /> Practices, including consideration of applicable industry standards and the requirements of 40 CFR <br /> part 112; and attests the procedures for required inspections and testing have been established. <br /> This certification in no way relieves the owner or operator of the facility of their duty to prepare and <br /> fully implement this SPCC Plan in accordance with the requirements of 40 CFR Part 112. This Plan <br /> is valid only to the extent that the facility owner or operator maintains, tests, and inspects <br /> equipment, containment, and other devices as prescribed in this Plan and maintains records. <br /> 0 <br /> 1 <br />
