The Facility Diagram (Attachment B) <br /> presents a layout of the facility including the location and content of the, shop, storage <br /> tanks, fences, and gates. The diagram also shows the direction of flow of the drainage <br /> system, direction of surface water runoff, and SPCC measures. <br /> The facility generally flows towards the existing storm water system on site, where is <br /> passed through the oil/water separator and discharged into the onsite retention basin. It is <br /> the Facility Manager's responsibility to visually inspect and manage the spillage of any oil <br /> prior to any storm event for any oil sheen after a rain event. <br /> Asphalt, dirt, and concrete cover the existing site's surface. The fuel pumps sit on a <br /> concrete surface. <br /> Valley Pacific Petroleum Services is located in Stockton California. This site is comprised <br /> of approximately 3.63 acres. The shop is located to the north of the card lock fueling site. <br /> The north, south and east borders of the property are neighboring business and to the <br /> west is State Highway 99.
