The email also states the adjoining <br /> landowner has not granted access to the property for investigation activities. <br /> Although Board staff approved the Work Plan Additional Groundwater Investigation (Work Plan) on <br /> 5 June 2001, an access agreement still is not in place to implement the Work Plan. By <br /> 14 September 2001,please submit a summary of all correspondence, including the contact information <br /> and efforts made to obtain an access agreement to the adjacent property. Furthermore, if AGE intends to <br /> make any deviations from the approved Work Plan, H&H Marina must submit a revised Work Plan and <br /> receive Board staff approval of those changes prior to implementation. <br /> If an access agreement is not in place by 5 October 2001, H&H Marina must proceed with the <br /> investigation activities that can be performed without the access agreement and submit an investigation <br /> report with proposed monitoring well locations by 30 November 2001. Board staff does not intend to <br /> grant any additional extensions to these deadlines.
