Detection limits must meet the minimum requirements of the California Toxics Rule.
2 I volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are detected, the Discharger shall continue quarterly monitoring for VOCs in
the well in which they were detected. If results are nondetectable in all wells,no further monitoring for VOCs is
required.
Maximum detection limit is based on the method chosen. Detection limit must meet the minimum requirements of
the California Toxics Rule.
°If dissolved lead is detected, the Discharger shall perform verification sampling within 30 days of submittal of the
monitoring report. If lead pollution is verified, the Discharger shall continue quarterly monitoring for dissolved
lead. If the presence of dissolved lead is not confirmed, fiuther testing is not required during subsequent
monitoring events.
5 Fuel oxygenates,including`methyl tertiary butyl ether(MTBE),methanol,ethanol,tertiary butyl alcohol(TBA),
tertiary amyl methyl ether(TAME), di-isopropyl ether(DIPE),and ethyl tertiary butyl ether(ETBE)shall be
analyzed in all monitoring wells during one monitoring event. If results are nondetectable at the required reporting
limit for fuel oxygenates in all wells,no further monitoring for oxygenates is required. If a fuel oxygenate is
detected,it shall be added to the quarterly monitoring program for the well in which it was detected.
REPORTING
When reporting data, the Discharger shall arrange the information in tabular form so that the
date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be
summarized in such a manner as to illustrate clearly the compliance with this Order.
As required by the California Business and Professions Code Sections 6735, 7835, and 7835.1,
all reports shall be prepared by a registered professional or their subordinate and signed by the
registered professional.
Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 1st day of the second month following
the end of each calendar quarter (i.e., by 1 February, l May, 1 August, and 1 November)
