(Condor) appreciates the opportunity to submit this proposal <br /> and cost estimate for a soil and groundwater investigation at the above-referenced site. This proposal <br /> contains a statement of purpose and an outline of the proposed investigation. Also included in the <br /> proposal are a statement of qualifications for Condor, professional resumes, a list of professional <br /> references, our standard contract for consulting services, and our schedule of fees for personnel and <br /> equipment. The cost estimate spreadsheet for the proposed work is located at the back of the <br /> proposal. <br /> All work conducted by Condor will be performed under the supervision of a California State <br /> Registered Geologist or Professional Engineer on Condors staff. Fieldwork and reporting will be <br /> conducted in accordance with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD) and <br /> the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (CRWQCB) guidelines and requirements. <br /> PURPOSE OF THE INVESTIGATION <br /> The purpose of the proposed work is to investigate the lateral and vertical extent of gasoline <br /> and diesel impacted soil and potential groundwater contamination in the vicinity of the former <br /> underground storage tanks (USTs) at the site.
