The samples will be handled in
accordance with strict quality assurance measures. The detection limits will be consistent with
SJCEHD and CRWQCB requirements.
All soil and groundwater samples will analyzed for:
aTPH(G) Method 5030/LUFT (gasoline)
•BTEX Method 8020 (soil) Method 602 for water
•TEPH Method 3550/LUFT (soil) Method 3510 for water (diesel)
TASK 4 - SOIL AND GROUNDWATER INVESTIGATION REPORT
Prepare a Soil and Groundwater Investigation Report for submission to the SJCEHD and the
CRWQCB. The report will include a discussion of the site history, a description of the
fieldwork and laboratory analyses, a scaled site plan, geologic logs, laboratory report sheets,
and recommendations for additional investigation or site remediation, as warranted. The total estimated cost for the Soil and Groundwater
Investigation outlined in this proposal is $6,034.00. See the Hydropunch Cost Estimate work sheet
located at the back of the proposal for a complete cost breakdown. Condor will contact the local
reclamation district and other applicable agencies for approval prior to conducting drilling on the
levee. Encroachment permitting or special permit requirements are not included in this estimate.
Acquisition of encroachment permits will be billed on a time and materials basis. If necessary, the
proposed scope of work will be adjusted as required by the SJCEHD or the CRWQCB. Additional
work or sample analyses will increase the overall cost of the project.
Condor's billing is issued on a monthly basis. Drilling fees will be billed directly to the
client. This will save a handling fee of 15%, and provide the client with the necessary supporting
N&
r.•
Lar CONDOR
