You should have already received an amendment to the workplan
in the form of a letter from Don Kresse at Condor.
I am currently working on a site access agreement with Brook Birkee-Vas which would
allow us to do the sampling mentioned in the workplan. The September 1, 2000 date for
completion and report of the workplan appears to be too short of a time frame given the
fact that we do not have an access agreement worked out with the land owner. Of course
we are giving this project and your request"top priority" and will attempt to make the
September 1, deadline. Condor has a plan in place to do the testing during the month of
August.
If you would like to discuss the progress of compliance any further please call me at 951-
4634. Thank you.
Sincerp4y,
Andrew Smith
