The removal <br /> activities and soil results are summarized in'American Environmental <br /> Management Corporation Tank Removal Results Report dated October <br /> 6, 1.986. <br /> 12/11/1990 One 2000-gallon UST used to store gasoline was removedon this date. <br /> Soil samples were collected for analysis-and a summary of the activities <br /> and sample results can be found in Candor Earth Technologies' Tank Pull <br /> Test Results Report dated January 2, 1991. <br /> I <br /> 01/31/1991 Becauseof the.high gasoline concentration in the soil samples collected <br /> beneath the 2000-gallon UST, EHD completed and filed an Unauthorized <br /> Release Report for the site on this date. <br /> 04/01/1991 The site was placed in the EHD LOP on this date for completion of a soil <br /> and ground water assessment and required corrective action. <br /> 09/24/1991 Condor advanced six soil borings (SB1-SB6) and collected soil samples <br /> for logging and analysis. <br /> 10/10/1991 The soil boring logs and results for S61 through SB6 can be found in <br /> Condor's Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report dated October <br /> 10, 1.991. <br /> 02/10/1994 Condor installed three ground water monitoring wells (MW) on-site. (AGE) advanced three additional <br /> GeoProbes to 40 feet bsg. <br /> 06/15/1995 AGE advanced 9 soil vapor.probes (AV1-AV9) and collected vapor <br /> samples for analysis. <br /> 09/26/1995 AGE drilled four soil borings, collected soil samples, and converted the y <br /> borings to four 2 inch diameter vapor extraction wells (VW1-VW4). <br /> 10/11/1995 AGE completed a soil vapor extraction (SVE) pilot test on VW1-VW4. <br />
