The EHD could not accept the CAP as proposed. <br /> 06/06/1998 At the request of the EHD, AGE's prepared and submitted Work Plan for <br /> Depth Discrete Hydrocarbon Assessment. <br /> 01/12/2000 -The vertical and lateral extent of soil and ground water contamination was <br /> not fully address in the 1995 CAP prepared by AGE. Additional <br /> assessment was required. Four additional soil borings were advanced <br /> and four additional MWs were installed to complete the soil and ground <br /> water assessment. Detail can be found in-AGE's Ground Water <br /> Monitoring Well Installation Report, dated January, 2000. <br /> 12/08/2000 EHD approved the AGE's WP for installation'of one ground water <br /> extraction well and completion of a ground water extraction feasibility test. f <br /> 07/06/2001 By this date, two six- inch diameter ground water extraction wells were <br /> installed in the source area east of the former UST. <br /> 10/18/2001 A 1'2- hour aquifer pump test was completed on EW.1 by AGE.. The test <br /> details can be found in AGE's Ground Water Extraction Pilot Test Report, <br /> dated January-31,2002. <br /> 06/19/2002 AGE submitted' <br /> .Final Remedial Plan,.dated April 23, 2002, to the EHD, i <br /> Additional items were needed.and were requested by the EHD. <br /> 07/29/2003 Final Remediation Plan Addendum, dated July 18, 2003 was submitted <br /> and approved.by the EHD. The chosen remedial alternative was for <br /> ground water extraction in conjunction with soil vapor extraction. <br /> 12/09/2003 Soil vapor extraction rernediation began on.this date. F <br /> 02/09/2004 Ground water extraction remediation began'on this date in conjunction <br /> with SVE. <br /> 06/15/2004 The date of the AGE Remedial System Installation Report. <br /> 09/27/2004 The date of the AGE Remediation Report. <br /> 03/07/2007 AGE advanced 4 confirmation soil borings (C1-C4)-in the release area to <br /> assess residual sorbed gasoline contaminants and compare contaminant <br /> concentration to environmental screening levels.
