The EHD could not accept the CAP as proposed.
06/06/1998 At the request of the EHD, AGE's prepared and submitted Work Plan for
Depth Discrete Hydrocarbon Assessment.
01/12/2000 -The vertical and lateral extent of soil and ground water contamination was
not fully address in the 1995 CAP prepared by AGE. Additional
assessment was required. Four additional soil borings were advanced
and four additional MWs were installed to complete the soil and ground
water assessment. Detail can be found in-AGE's Ground Water
Monitoring Well Installation Report, dated January, 2000.
12/08/2000 EHD approved the AGE's WP for installation'of one ground water
extraction well and completion of a ground water extraction feasibility test. f
07/06/2001 By this date, two six- inch diameter ground water extraction wells were
installed in the source area east of the former UST.
10/18/2001 A 1'2- hour aquifer pump test was completed on EW.1 by AGE.. The test
details can be found in AGE's Ground Water Extraction Pilot Test Report,
dated January-31,2002.
06/19/2002 AGE submitted'
.Final Remedial Plan,.dated April 23, 2002, to the EHD, i
Additional items were needed.and were requested by the EHD.
07/29/2003 Final Remediation Plan Addendum, dated July 18, 2003 was submitted
and approved.by the EHD. The chosen remedial alternative was for
ground water extraction in conjunction with soil vapor extraction.
12/09/2003 Soil vapor extraction rernediation began on.this date. F
02/09/2004 Ground water extraction remediation began'on this date in conjunction
with SVE.
06/15/2004 The date of the AGE Remedial System Installation Report.
09/27/2004 The date of the AGE Remediation Report.
03/07/2007 AGE advanced 4 confirmation soil borings (C1-C4)-in the release area to
assess residual sorbed gasoline contaminants and compare contaminant
concentration to environmental screening levels. The results can be found
in AGE's Soil Remediation Confirmation Report, date June 4,2007.
i
d
