The emergency <br /> response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br /> this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br /> for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. Immediately make arrangements to have the business <br /> plan readily available for review. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection, June 19, 2019. Lather the <br /> same day, the report was amended by the EHD. This amended report replaces the initial report. <br /> The report was amended 1h add violation 10 for the cylinders of compressed oxygen. <br /> 1 <br /> Facility does not have internal roads and this element was not addressed on the site map. Please address this <br /> by either writing "NA" for not applicable or a statement that says the element is not on site. Please correct this <br /> by the next submittal. <br /> Provided CERS access and submittal assistance at the time of inspection. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the completed inspection report. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
