The diesel line leak detector could not be tested on October 29, 2014 since the turbine did not start. <br />The diesel line leak detector testing including the diesel turbine positive shut down and fail safe (as well <br />as diesel sump sensor functionality testing) were conducted successfully on February 7, 2014. Since <br />these tests were conducted after November 1, 2013, a Class II violation 110 was added to the originally <br />issued inspection report. <br />3. Most violations cited on October 29, 2013 are still outstanding. Immediately complete and submit a <br />copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how each violation was <br />corrected, including supporting documentation. <br />4.
