The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for CHEROKEE LANE SERVICE STATION` as of June 13, 2017. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD.
