The monitoring plan is not current. The 87A 12,000 gallon UST system and the diesel 10,000 gallon UST system should each list VMI as the mechanical line leak detector manufacture and LD 99-2000 as the model. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. The site plan uploaded into CERS on 7-14-14 does not list the mechanical line leak detectors, the float and chain leak detection mechanism within the UDC sumps, nor the Incon monitoring panel. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 113 CCR 2638(d) Failed to submit monitoring system certification test report within 30 days. Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing was performed on October 12, 2015 and a test report was submitted on January 26, 2016 , 3 months late. A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed in a timely manner. This is a repeat violation, Class ll. 121 CCR 2712(f) Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. An inspection was last done on October 12, 2015 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by November 12, 2915. This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report.
