SAN JOAQUIN CIUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEAL'i a DEPARTMENT <br /> FOLLOW UP HAZARDOUS WASTE INSPECTION REPORT <br /> MR.B'S ENTERPRISES INC <br /> 3132 FARMINGTON RD., STOCKTON CA <br /> MAY 30, 2008 <br /> Amended follow up hazardous waste inspection report as of June 2, 2008 <br /> NOTICE OF VIOLATION: <br /> CLASS I VIOLATION <br /> #4. CA. Health and Safety Code, (HSC), section 25189.5 —Disposed or caused disposal <br /> of Hazardous Waste (HW) at an unauthorized point. <br /> A waste electronic device was found disposed of in a Waste Management solid waste <br /> recycling container. Mr. Douglas Srulowitz, the attorney for the business owner Mr. <br /> Richard O. Bywater, called Waste Management to verify that the electronic waste was <br /> not allowed to be disposed of in a recycling solid waste container. A broken fluorescent <br /> tube located in the upper level of the main shop near the stairs was not managed properly. <br /> Provide copies of disposal receipts for these hazardous wastes. Correct immediately. <br /> CLASS II VIOLATIONS <br /> # 10. Title 22, CA Code of Regulations (CCR), section 66262.11 —Failed to determine if <br /> a waste is a HW: <br /> • A parts washer located in the main shop is no longer being used. <br /> • Several one gallon containers with unknown contents located in the work area <br /> behind the main shop. <br /> • A piece of equipment located in the work area behind the main shop has metal <br /> shavings on the ground underneath it. <br /> • A yellow tank located near the east fence with unknown contents. <br /> • A fifty-five gallon metal container with unknown contents that is located <br /> underneath a truck trainer. <br /> • A fifty-five gallon metal container with unknown contents that is located near the <br /> south fence. <br /> • Several containers located in the middle section of a brown barn located near the <br /> southwest comer of the main shop. <br /> Make a hazardous waste determination for all of the above noted wastes. Provide copies <br /> of disposal receipts and/or analytical test results for the above noted wastes. <br /> Correct immediately. <br /> # 12. CCR, section 66265.31 — Repeat Violation - Facility not maintained to minimize <br /> the release of a HW. <br /> Several areas on this property have oil staining in the soil. Mitigate all releases and <br /> handle appropriately. Correct immediately. <br /> - 1 - <br /> Inspector: Received By: /�/�� <br />
