SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEAL•DEPARTMENT <br /> FOLLOW UP HAZARDOUS WASTE INSPECTION REPORT <br /> MR. B'S ENTERPRISES INC <br /> 3132 FARMINGTON RD.,STOCKTON CA <br /> MAY 30, 2008 <br /> #16. CCR, section 66265.33 — Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, <br /> spill control, decontamination equipment. <br /> The spill control equipment located in the hazardous waste storage trailer was not <br /> maintained. Remove all HW from spill containment and manage properly. Provide a <br /> copy of the disposal receipt and documentation that the spill control equipment has been <br /> maintained properly. <br /> #18. CCR, section 66265.35 —Failed to maintain adequate aisle space. <br /> The middle section of the brown barn located on this property does not have adequate <br /> aisle space to allow the unobstructed movement of personnel. Correct immediately. <br /> #20. CCR, section 66262.34 —Repeat Violation — Failed to properly label containers of <br /> HW. <br /> (9) 55-gallon containers of hazardous waste and (9) five gallon containers of hazardous <br /> waste, located in the hazardous waste trailer in the middle of the property, were not <br /> labeled properly. A handout was provided on the items required for proper labeling of <br /> hazardous waste container being stored. <br /> Provide documentation that all containers of hazardous wastes have been labeled <br /> properly. <br /> #21. CCR, section 66265.173 (a) — Repeat Violation - Failed to keep containers of HW <br /> closed except when adding or removing HW. <br /> Several containers in the hazardous waste storage trailer were not kept closed except <br /> when adding or removing hazardous waste. Provide documentation that all of the <br /> hazardous waste containers are kept closed. Correct immediately. <br /> #88. CCR, section 66262.34 (d) and HSC, section 25123.3 (h) (1) — Repeat Violation— <br /> Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> All of the containers in the hazardous waste storage trailer were not labeled with <br /> accumulation start dates. Dispose of the hazardous wastes and provide copies of the <br /> disposal receipts. Correct immediately. <br /> #91. CCR, section 66261.7 (f) — Repeat Violation - An empty HW or Hazardous <br /> Material container (larger than five gallons) was not marked with the date it was <br /> emptied/not managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> (2) 55- gallon containers and, (1) 30-gallon container near the south fence. Manage these <br /> containers per this section.
