All containers holding hazardous waste must be kept closed at all times <br /> except when necessary to add or remove waste. Begin this practice immediately and provide <br /> supporting documentation to this office by 10/25/07. <br /> Including but not limited to: <br /> -1 half-full oil pan seen in the shop <br /> -1 full (5) gallon bucket labeled "Heavy Duty Tractor & Hydraulic Oil behind the shop on <br /> secondary containment <br /> -1 half-full oil pan, with a used oil filter behind the shop on secondary containment <br /> -1 full (2.5) gallon red gasoline container behind the shop on secondary containment <br /> -1 full (5) gallon orange container behind the shop on secondary containment <br /> -1 half-full secondary containment spill pad behind the shop <br /> -1 half full oil pan located in front of an RV trailer at the south side of the property <br /> -4 full (55) gallon drums in the middle of the property on the south side of a 4ft high cyclone <br /> fence on secondary containment under a brown tarp. <br /> -2 (55) gallon drums containing an unknown amount of waste in the middle of the property <br /> on the south side of a 4ft high cyclone fence on secondary containment under a brown <br /> tarp. <br /> -1 half-full secondary containment spill pad located in the middle of the property <br /> on the south side of a 4ft high cyclone fence under a brown tarp. <br /> -1 full (55) gallon blue drum, with a faded "Premium Mot' label, under a truck trailer in the <br /> middle of the property. <br /> -1 3/4 full (5) gallon black bucket with a faded "anti-wear hydraulic oil" label in the middle of <br /> the property next to 4 truck trailers. <br /> -1 (5) gallon white bucket with a pourable amount of waste hanging of the back of a cement <br /> mixer on the west side of the property. <br /> cv P,�r�.>k:� ti�,t,Blyv f/ <br /> 27) 66262.40(a) CCR <br /> 30) 25160.2 HSC <br /> 31) 66266.81(a) (4) (B) CCR- At the time of inspection no disposal receipts were available for review. <br /> According to Richard Bywater, hazardous waste is being disposed of at the household <br /> hazardous waste facility. As a Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator a business may <br /> utilize the CESQG Collection program. A CESQG is still required to maintain disposal receipts <br /> for a minimum of 3 years.
