CONTINUATION FORM <br /> OFFICIAL INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Facility Address: 3132 Farmington Road, Stockton CA 95205 Date: 9/18/07 <br /> Program: HW <br /> 60) 66266.81(b) CCR- At the time of inspection, numerous damaged lead acid batteries were seen on <br /> the ground, around the property. A damaged battery shall be managed so as to minimize the <br /> release of acid and lead and to protect the handlers and the environment including at a minimum: <br /> -stored in a closed container capable of preventing the release of acid and lead <br /> -Initial date of accumulation, written in a weather resistant material , i.e. ink, paint <br /> Immediately dispose of these batteries according to Title 22 Hazardous waste regulations and <br /> provide this office with supporting documenta 'on by 10/25/07. g <br /> Including but not limited to: Oct. u,.ore_P�-.Nsa.9 � �/e.rer/` 144 <br /> -1 battery located in front of a piece of heavy quipment at the south end of the property <br /> -9 batteries located at the south end of the property on the east side of a RV trailer <br /> -4 batteries located at the south end of the property on the north side of a RV trailer <br /> -1 battery located in a truck trailer next to an RV at the west side of the property <br /> 76) 66273.14 CCR- At the time of the inspection there were waste fluorescent bulbs that were not <br /> labeled. Fluorescent bulbs must be labeled with the following information: <br /> -Words "Universal Waste" -Used Fluorescent bulbs <br /> Begin this rtice immediate) and provide this office with supporting documentation by <br /> 10/25/07. o,,-A <br /> 77) 66273.15 CCR- At the time of the inspection there were waste fluorescent bulbs that were not <br /> labeled with an initial accumulation start date. There were no records available at the time of <br /> inspection to demonstrate the length of time the bulbs had been onsite. Immediately dispose of <br /> the fluorescent bulbs onsite according to Title 22 Hazardous waste regulations and provide this <br /> office with supporting documentation by 10/25/07. Begin the practice of labeling Universal Waste <br /> immediately. <br /> 78) 66273.32 CCR-At the time of inspection employee's at the fa Ility had not been trained on proper <br /> handling and emergency procedures of universal waste. Employer's must inform all employees <br /> who handle or have responsibility for managing universal waste of the proper handling and <br /> emergency procedures appropriate to the type(s) of universal waste handled at the facility. <br /> Immediately train all employees and provide this office with supporting documentation by <br /> 10/25/07. JAGit <br /> 88) 66262.34(d) CCR I <br /> 25123.3(h) (1) HSC- At the time of inspection there was hazardous waste without an accumulation <br /> start date. There were no records available to demonstrate the length of time the hazardous <br /> waste had been onsite. Dispose of all hazardous waste according to Title 22 Hazardous waste <br /> regulations, and provide this office with supporting documentation by 10/25/07. <br /> 89) 66262.34(d) (2) CCR- Modified contingency plan not available at the time of inspection. Modified <br /> contingency plan must be posted near phones to be used in case of an emergency. Complete <br /> and post the provided form by emergency use phones immediately.
