SYSTEM A Jr A RIVIS A" SHUTDOWN <br />' 1. High Water Alarm: This indicates that the entrainment separator is full os water and <br /> either the LIQUID TRANSFER PUMP switch as In the "AUTO" positron or the <br />' pump is not working properly When the red HIGH WATER ALARM light 7s on, the <br /> blower will shut off arnmediately and the system will shut off. <br /> 2. Low Air Flow Alarm: This indicates that the system blower as not on or �s not <br />' producing enough au flow to run the system. When the red LOW AIR FLOW <br /> ALARM light is on, the system will shut down after a brief pend of tame. <br /> 3. High Temperature Alarm: This indicates that the catalyst outlet temperature has <br />' gone above 1150° F If the red HIGH TEMPERATURE ALARM light is on, the <br /> system wilfl shut down after a brief period of time This alarm has to be reset on the <br /> HUGH LIMIT CONTROLLER face when the temperature has dropped below 1150'F <br />' before operation can resume. <br /> 4. System Off: This indicates that one of the above alarms is activated or the LITS <br /> RESET button has not been pushed If the red SYSTEM OFF light is on, the system <br /> will shut down ager a brief period of time <br /> Svstem Shut Down Procedure: <br /> 1 Lower the Dilution Controller set point to 600°F and allow the dilution valve to open <br /> • fully, the process isolation valve to close fully and the catalyst outlet temperature to <br /> drop to 650°F or less <br /> 2. Turn off the blower by pressing the EMERGENCY STOP button <br /> 3 Turn the CONTROL POWER switch to the "OFF" position- <br /> 1 4 Turn the MAIN DISCONNECT to the "OFF" positron. <br /> In the event of an emergency, push the EMERGENCY STOP button to the "IN" <br /> position to shut the system off and turn the MAIN DISCONNECT switch to the <br /> "OFF" position. <br /> I <br /> 1 <br />
