' SYSTEM I7VSTALLATIONAND START-UP <br /> Foilow each step listed here in exactly the order listed. For your safety, do not slop <br />' any steps or perform any steps out of order. <br />' Installation: <br /> I Level the slad or trailer mounted system where you requ re installation on a dry <br /> surface <br /> 2. Connect the properly rated electrical supply with a ground to the control panel nam <br /> disconnect using a qualified electrician <br /> 3_ Check voltage, wire size and amperage rating of electricity installed, makXng sure <br /> that it matches the manufacturers panel specnficatons and electrical drawings before <br />' proceeding <br /> 4 Connect the process connection from the extraction wells We recommend an <br /> additional chlution valve be installed prior to the system entrainment separator <br />' 5 Check 120-volt power circuit to see that all controllers and the chart recorder are <br /> powered up. <br /> 6 Check rotation of the VES blower, liquid pump making sure they are correct <br /> Start-up Procedures: <br /> 1 Verily that the MAIN DISCONNECT switch on the control panel is in the "OFF" <br /> iposition <br /> 2. Turn the power"ON" at main power supply <br /> 3 Open the system control panel door and have a qualified electrician verify that the <br /> ' voltage at the top of the MAIN DISCONNECT is to manufacturer specification. <br /> 4_ With the control panel door closed and latched, turn the N LUN DISCONNECT <br /> ' switch to the "ON"position <br /> 5 Check that the EMERGENCY STOP switch is in the "OUT"position- <br /> 6 Turn the CONTROL POWER switch to the "ON" position. The controllers should <br /> come on along with the chart recorder <br /> 7 Push the BLOWER START button, the blower should come on and the LOW AIR <br /> FLOW ALARM light should go out. <br /> S The SYSTEM OPERATIONAL light should come on, the oxidizer should begin <br /> heating up and the SYSTEM OFF light should go out <br /> 9 The TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER should come up to the 650°set point <br /> 10 At 600° F the SYSTEM AT TEMPERATURE light should come on and the unit <br /> should slowly start to open the process isolation valve and close the dilution valve <br /> If any red alarm lights are on, the system will not become operational and will not <br /> come up to temperature. In the event of an Emergency, push the EMERGENCY <br /> STOP button <br /> Alarms are described below: <br />
