The parmit 'is granted, under the following terms and conditions: 1. This Revocable Permit is granted subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits adopted by City Council Resolution No. 22, 578 on December 5, 1960, and on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Stockton. 2 . The general 10cati.o:1 of each well (s) shall be as shown on the attached map. The precise location shall be determined iii the field by the Cit of Stockton.. 3 . The permittee shall keep in full force and effect a Faithful performance Bond in the amount of $500. 00 during the life of this permit. `4 . In accordance with Section 1 (h) of the 'Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits, ' the P4rmittee shall provide and keep in force during the term of the permit a policy of public liability insurance against Liability for injuries to persons or property arising out of accidents attributable to the structure of City property, in amounts to be determined by the Public Works Director, with limits of at least ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND N0/100 ($100, 000.00) DOL72LRS for injury or death to any one person, THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100 (300, 000. 00) DOLLARS for injury or death arising from any one accident or occurrence and TEN THOUSAND AND NO/..,100 ($10, 000- 00) DOLLARS for property damage.
