The copies of <br /> these policies or certificates evidencing the same shall <br /> be filed with the Public Works Director of the City after <br /> 'approval of the City Attorney, <br /> 5. The issuance of this permit by the City does not create <br /> any agancy on the pant of the Permittee, and the <br /> Permittee will hold the city of Stockton harmless for any <br /> action for damages arising out of the Parmitteeos <br /> activities performed under this permit: <br /> 6. Permittee, or his contractor, <br /> Encroachment Permit for the installation of the well (s)n <br /> 7 . The completed well head shall be covered with a meter box <br /> or valve box as approved by the City of Stockton. The <br /> tcp Of the box shall be flush with the surrounding ground <br /> or pavement. <br /> 8 . The provisions of the State of California, Department of <br /> Water Resources Bulletin 74-81 entitled "Water Well <br /> Standards: State of California" shall be applicable to <br /> this permit. <br /> 9 . All drilling locations, methods, and well design are to <br /> be approved by the California Department of Health <br /> Services and the Central Valley Regional. water Quality <br /> Control Board. <br /> 10. Drilling operations that create loud noise shall be <br /> confined between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. <br /> 11 . Portable mud tanks are to be used. <br /> 12 . Water from well development shall be passed through a <br /> settling tank ox filtered in an approved manner before <br /> discharge into the City storm sewer system. <br /> 13 . Blocking or barricading city streets shall be subject to <br /> the approval of the City Traffic Divisioh'. ' Traffic cones <br /> and warning signs shall be used to direct traffic, <br /> 14 .
