r J
Chevron/South El Dorado 12
September 1990
HISTORICAL RESEARCH
To explore the possibility that off-site contributors may
have impacted the -dissolved gasoline hydrocarbons 'beneath the j
site, research into the current and historical uses of the
surrounding properties will be conducted. The research will
include a review of available environmental records and an on-
site investigation of the site vicinity. This research is
designedto determine whether the adjacent properties have had
underground storage tanks on the premises and whether any leaks
have been documented.
The past uses of the site 'and site vicinity will also be
researched using aerial photographs on file at Pacific Aerial
Surveys in Oakland, California. This data may identify
properties in the site vicinity which were formerly used for the -
refining storage or sale of hazardous materials.
PERMITTING 'AND REPORTING
Upon approval of this work plan .from the STCLHD, permits
will be obtained for the installation of four wells- and for
encroachment into South El Dorado Street for the installation of
the off-site well.
