OCCURRED ON 10/17/2017. CALLED AND INFORMED THE MANAGER THE SAME DAY. SAW THE SAME <br /> EMPLOYEE STILL SERVING PEOPLE TODAY, 10/20/2017. REQUESTING FOLLOW-UP FROM INSPECTOR." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Manager on Duty states that she had "heard something about this"but does not believe that any staff has an issue with lice. <br /> Upon inspection of employees on site at the time of the inspection, inspector is unable to visually identify any employee who <br /> has lice (looked at employee's collars, outer garments, and hair). <br /> If it is determined by Management that an employee has an issue with lice, exclude this employee from food service until the <br /> issue is resolved.
