JAN 2 2019 <br />O'Reilly Auto Parts Supplemental Team member Training <br />Information <br />Methods for Safe Handling Hazardous Materials: <br />New team members are trained in the proper handling, recording and storage of Hazardous Materials. <br />They are trained to read/understand the SDS and the proper use of PPE such as safety glasses, <br />corrosive resistant nitrile gloves and protective apron. The hazardous material business plan <br />(HMBP) is reviewed at least annually and mandatory monthly safety meetings cover hazardous <br />material and hazardous waste awareness. All Team member training records are maintained <br />electronically through the TeamNet store training LMS modules. Hazardous storage area <br />inspection sheets are maintained by the Store Manager. Inspection sheets include the Daily Image <br />Maker, the monthly store safety inspection and the comprehensive annual store safety inspection. <br />Unannounced inspections conducted by both our corporate safety field managers and loss <br />prevention auditors helps to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. <br />Procedures for Coordinating Activities with Response Agencies: <br />All managers will review the emergency response plan and emergency notification procedures. This <br />ensures compliance and coordination with local agencies and clean-up personnel. <br />Proper use of On -Site Emergency Response Equipment by Team members: <br />All team members will complete training to include daily, weekly, monthly and annual inspection <br />procedures for store emergency response equipment such as fire extinguishers and eye wash stations. <br />Familiarization with the Business Emergency Response Plans and Procedures: <br />All team members receive annual training on Emergency Response all Implementation. The <br />training will review emergency response plan, evacuation, and location of emergency shut-off <br />switches and specific responsibilities of all team members during an emergency. In addition, all <br />managers are trained on procedures for coordination with emergency response agencies. The <br />Hazardous Material Business Plan and facility diagrams are kept onsite in an accessible location by <br />the store manager. Copies of the HMBP are maintained by the corporate Safety and Environmental <br />Coordinator and can be sent to the store upon request. <br />O'Reilly Auto Parts Revised 09/14 <br />
