There are thirteen (13) operational/fault indication lights on the <br /> panel labeled as follows: <br /> ) power on S) main gas valve at low fire <br /> 1 <br /> 1 9) low/high gas pressure <br /> ) fan on <br /> 3) Incinerator on lo) control fault <br /> 3) pilot solenoid open 11) high temperaw r a shutdown <br /> 5) 'main solenoid open 12) dilution valve closed <br /> 6) process blower running 13) dilution valve open <br /> 7) process blower failure <br /> These lights serve two pu_roses, 1) the obvious, to keep the <br /> operator informed, and 2) there is a first out/lock out function <br /> incorporated that makes these lights invaluable for trouble <br /> shooting. <br /> The VIP= CZECR system will shut itself down for any of the <br /> following reasons: <br /> 1) hi <br /> ,gh/low gas press-,,---e (under 10" W. C. j over Z3" . C- ) <br /> NOTE: M_._wmum gas pressure required for safe operat-an is five (5) <br /> P5_ <br /> Z) lcss of flame/no igmitien <br /> reaching the high temaerat•:-e limit <br /> 4) power 'ate=_ �pticn <br /> 5) burner blower fa_iur e <br /> I6) process blower fa�l•zre <br /> r NCTE: if the system has shut itself down for any reason it will <br /> 1 not try to restart itself; instead, you must manually <br /> restart the syste= from the beginning. This means resetting <br /> the controllers as well as the system and staff-ng f=om the <br /> beginning (step 1 on the previous page) . <br />
