(AGE) informed San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) that the work as proposed in Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan dated <br /> September 23, 2003 prepared AGE will begin implementation on March 16, 2004. <br /> If the work is not implemented as scheduled, EHD may seek enforcement action by the San <br /> Joaquin County District Attorney Office and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board as previously stated in the letter dated February 26, 2004. EHD further <br /> recommends that the tank owner Nasheem / Zeb Khan complete transferring the <br /> reimbursement eligibility from the State Water Resources Control Board Underground <br /> Storage Tank Cleanup Fund (Cleanup Fund) to the current property owner Avtar Sohal <br /> immediately.
