Fund Staff denied your claim because you did not respond to our request, dated March 14 , 2011 , for additional documentation necessary to determine eligibility to the Fund . Decision After reviewing the request and supporting documents , I have decided to overturn the Staff Decision . Your application is complete and all eligibility requirements have been met. Your claim is accepted for placement on the Priority List in Priority Class " B" with a deductible of $5 , 000 .
